Mahi Mahi Pinot Noir Pairing Recipe
Pan Seared Mahi Mahi & Pinot Noir Pairing
Tonight Mahi Mahi pan seared on top of bacon & onions served with spinach mashed potatoes.
Paired with Sterling Vintners Collection Pinot Noir Central Coast 2006. Dove dark chocolate pieces for dessert. This Pinot Noir pairs nicely with the Mahi & the dark chocolate.
You can view and print the recipe here Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Sauvignon blanc also pairs nicely with Mahi Mahi when it is cooked with simple herbs spicse etc. The mahi & Pinot Noir pairing works better with the bacon& onion recipe.

Not as pretty as the “photo shoot” presentation but it was very tasty. The Pinot Noir paired better than Sauvignon blanc we drank last time we made it. Pan Seared Mahi with bacon & spinach/garlic mashed potato’s paired with Sterling Vintners Collection Pinot Noir
