Wine and Food Pairing
Wine and Food Pairing Basics
We have a very nice primer on Food and Wine Pairing just posted on our main site.
You can buy a book that will list the classics like Chardonnay with Lobster, Pinot Noir with Salmon or Cabernet Sauvignon with a Porterhouse Steak.
But… this article talks about the basics of balance, dry & sweet. You get enough info to start experimenting with your own pairings.
