New Zealand’s Monkey Bay Marlborough Region Sauvignon Blanc 2007 – Paired with Coconut Shrimp – Rice Pilaf and Thai Salad

Monkey-Bay-Saunignon-BlancCan’t wait to cook this in my new tricked out electric wok skillet thingy.

I will be making Coconut Shrimp breaded in Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) with a Horseradish/Apricot/Pineapple dipping sauce I like better than Outbacks ;)

Toasted Pecan Rice Pilaf & Thai Mango Salad on the side.

The top rated New Zealand’s Monkey Bay Marlborough Region Sauvignon Blanc 2007 will pair with this (under$10 available locally). Review to follow.
